Foundations
Perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to movement. This slow-paced class focuses on building confidence, technique, and body awareness — no prior experience needed.
Align
Open to all levels, especially those wanting to improve posture and movement quality. Ideal if you prefer a slower, more mindful pace with detailed instruction.
Restore
Suitable for everyone — especially if you’re feeling stressed, low on energy, or in need of a reset. No Pilates experience required; just come as you are for this slow paced, mindful class ending with a 15 minute meditation.
Dynamic
Ideal for those with some Pilates experience or a moderate fitness level. This flowing class will challenge your core, strength, and coordination — a great next step after Foundations or Align.
Power
Best for intermediate to advanced clients, or those with a good base level of fitness. Expect a strong, energising session using a variety of weights, equipment and dynamic sequences. Expect to leave oozing endorphins!
Fundamentals
Designed for confident clients who want to refine their technique and explore equipment. Not for total beginners — best if you’ve done a few classes and want to deepen your practice
